We are happy to provide maintenance for no charge on your mini-split system as long as we’re servicing another unit on your home.
Multi-System Discount
The Higher Call Maintenance Service charge is $139 for a single system home. Every system after the first costs only $69. If your home has more than 5 systems, we may need to give you a special quote for maintenance just to make sure we’re getting you what you need!
AR89
Semi-annual maintenance service qualifies new equipment owners for our AR89 deal. This allows the owner to receive any repair to the equipment for only $89 for the four years following the standard one-year labor warranty. In other words, every new equipment owner receives a one-year warranty on labor. If you have your unit serviced every six months after the installation of the new unit, you will receive any repair to the unit for $89 after the one-year warranty has expired until the end of the fifth year of unit ownership. Yes, this even applies to the compressor! With AR89, when we see capacitors going bad, we replace them at no extra charge as part of your regular maintenance.
