The fan wasn't running or anything so after doing and checking all the normal things I called to schedule a service call and they scheduled one for tomorrow Friday afternoon but 15 minutes later Matthew Raley called and said he could come this evening at 7:00. I own some rental properties and they have been great to go out on service calls on those. I have used them to replace four different units. They also did duck work for my basement remodel. Higher Call was recommended by my former HVAC serviceman who had retired.  The telephone call was taken by their answering service.  The operator was very thorough in taking my information and she was able to give me several options for appointments.  I chose one that was available on the same day as my phone call.  There was a two hour window for the arrival of the repairman.  I received a confirmation email and a follow up telephone call from their office.  Prior to arrival, I got a call that they were on the way and they arrived within the first two minutes of the two hour window.  The diagnosis and repair took almost exactly one hour.  I thought that the charge was reasonable for the parts and the time.  I would recommend and I would use them again.
